By browsing, entering, and/or using of the webpage www.somnous.com.gr, the electronic store, and the services that it provides, you fully and unconditionally accept the following terms of use, which are valid for the total content of pages, graphics, images, videos, files, photographs and all texts that are included in our website.

The company with the object of retail trade from sales business via post or internet, as well as providing counseling services, maintains the right to unilaterally modify or update the present terms and conditions of transactions, which take place through the online store, according to the needs and transactional morals.

Consequently, the visitor/user owes to his own interest each time, to assiduously read the terms and conditions before each transaction between them and the webpage www.somnous.com.gr.

You agree that by using the site and / or service you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement

General Terms

The present Terms constitute terms and conditions under which the Company provides the users or the visitors with its products and services through the Somnous e-shop. The website contains all necessary information regarding the main characteristics of the Products and Services, to the necessary extent, the total price of the Products, as well as the payment and delivery of them.

We make every reasonable effort so that to the extent possible, the content and the information appearing each time on the Website are, accurate and true. However, we do not provide any representation, approval, or guarantee, explicit or implied, on the accuracy, completeness, correctness, update, or no breach of the content of the Website, for any use, application, or purpose, and specifically with regards to the information transmitted through intermediary servers, as well as, to those that either commence from the service provider, or have been chosen or modified by it, or have as a recipient a person chosen by the provider. In all such cases, the Company reserves the right to correct any mistakes or modify or update the Website at any time.

We have tried to depict, to the best possible extent, the shapes, and colors of the Products. However, we cannot guarantee how these depictions will appear on your computer screen. Additionally, the photographic depiction of the handmade Products and of their special characteristics (such as indicatively the colors, the shape, and/or the material from which they are made), may slightly vary from reality. Therefore, by placing an order you explicitly and unconditionally accept that after the creation of any Product, ordered by you, any characteristic of it, may slightly vary, from the final product delivered to you.

Product Pricing & Descriptions

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

Any Product sales and special packaging are valid until our stock runs out or the sale period is over.

Purchase

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and products in your Shopping Cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. 

As a retail customer, you must first select the product(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your Shopping Cart. 

Once your product/s selection is complete, you will be instantly transferred to the “Checkout” page, where the total purchase price of your order will be calculated, including shipment costs.

All card payments are securely processed through Eurobank’s platform. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Maestro.
Somnous does not store or process any credit card information.

2. PAYPAL

Easily pay using your PayPal account through a secure checkout process.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING IN GREECE

a) By Box Now and the cost of shipping is 3€ per order.

b) By Courier Center and the cost of shipping is 5€.

We offer free shipping for orders above 100€ and all orders within Greece. Orders ship out within 2-7 business days of ordering and credit verification, but we strive to minimize the time it takes to prepare and ship your products, so that they reach you as quickly as possible. For Pre-orders we need up to 14 days to get the order ready for shipment. Orders are processed and shipped on Monday to Friday only. No orders are processed or shipped on the weekends or national holidays. Deliveries are made within the hours 9:00 to 17:00 by the respective courier company to the address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping in Cyprus is by Βox Now (3-8 business days) and the cost of shipping is 10€.

Shipping Abroad (EU countries and UK) by DHL (5-12 business days) and the cost of shipping is 20€.

Any tax/custom clearances costs should be carried by the buyer, and we are not responsible of any prolongation depending on the customs formalities of each country. We reserve the right to alter or change our delivery service at any time. Delivery time is to be used as a guideline, we are not responsible for factors beyond our control.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, size exchange, or refund within 14 days from the product was received by you or by a third person indicated and authorized by you. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition, unused with security tag and the proof of purchase is included in the original package.

Upon confirmation of the return, please do the following:

1. 
Pack the products you wish to return carefully in the original packaging.
2. Fill out the return form and include it your parcel, accompanied by the proof of purchase.

Option A: Return via Locker

Option B: If your order was originally delivered via BOX NOW

The process is quick and easy:

1. Use the original 10-digit voucher number:
   • If you still have the voucher, stick it on the return package.
   • Otherwise, find it in the SMS or Viber message you received from BOX NOW.
2. Return through any BOX NOW locker:
   • Go to any BOX NOW locker.
   • Enter the 10-digit voucher number on the locker screen and press OK.
   • Place the package inside the opened compartment and close the door.

That’s it — your return is now on its way!

Refunds

Shipping charges paid on your original shipment are non-refundable, and these will be deducted from any monies returned to you.
Please allow approximately 10 working days once we receive your product(s), to process your return and the bank to clear funds on your account.

Free domestic returns (within Greece) for purchases over €100 via Box Now and Courier Center. For purchases below €100 the customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

For returns from abroad customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and for covering any possible tax costs.

In case a product is faulty, or different from the one you purchased, you may return it and/or request a replacement and the shipping costs will be covered by us. Somnous is not responsible for damages made by others due to transfer and delivery. However, in the event of receiving a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging a product and the new item is a lower amount we will refund the difference via your original payment method. Exchanged items will only be dispatched once returned goods have undergone quality checks and are subject to product availability at the time of return.
This does not apply during Sales Period where we can only offer an exchange on goods.
